Grant application form

We advise all potential applicants to read the guidelines prior to completing your application. We only accept applications on the Foundation‘s own application form.

By doing this and following the boxes on the application form, you will save the Foundation funds, by not having to contact you to check details. Most important you will not be disappointed, if, some thing you are asking for is not in the criteria of our grants. You can always ask for advice before or when completing the form. We will help guide you through your application.

A lot of time and money is spent by the Foundation chasing references on your behalf. Were possible you are advised to include the signed references with your application. (Original references only accepted).

Check the dates of the Trustee meeting, your application needs to be with the Foundation ten working days prior to the meeting date of your choice.

For email applications, follow the guidelines from the ‘How to apply’ page. 

The Foundation will only accept applications from individual children under 18 years of age at the time the application is received by the Foundation.
